Quality Management
Scope clarity, controlled documentation, supplier alignment, inspections and closeout records support consistent delivery.
QUALITY · HEALTH · SAFETY · ENVIRONMENT
A disciplined operating approach that connects quality, risk awareness, environmental care and workforce wellbeing to everyday delivery.
OPERATING COMMITMENT
Malak Al-Farah positions QHSE as an operating discipline. Requirements are interpreted at scope level, translated into work controls and reinforced through supervision, communication and documented follow-up. Client rules and site procedures remain integral to the way work is planned and carried out.
Scope clarity, controlled documentation, supplier alignment, inspections and closeout records support consistent delivery.
Task planning, risk awareness, PPE, access control, lifting interfaces and client procedures guide site activity.
Waste segregation, spill prevention, water use and responsible material handling are addressed within each service scope.
Life-support operations require hygiene controls, safe storage, temperature awareness, cleaning routines and supplier compliance.
Response roles, communications, escalation paths and client emergency arrangements are considered before work begins.
Observations, inspections, corrective actions and lessons learned feed back into planning and supervision.
OPERATIONAL DISCIPLINE
When conditions change, the correct response is to stop, reassess the task, confirm the control measures and proceed only when the work can be performed in line with the approved method and site requirements.
